Sharpening

You can’t beat the quality of a professional blade sharpening machinery. Beat the blunt blade – don’t wait until your knives won’t even slice paper. Sharpen your knives and other blade equipment frequently and it will make your life easier.
 
Cleaning

Give your equipment a good clean after each use. If it’s particularly dirty, don’t delay cleaning, and be sure to dry the blade so avoid any build-up of rust. 

Oiling

After cleaning, oil your equipment to protect it against corrosion and jamming. You don’t have to spend hours – just a quick wipe down with a soft cloth and a dash of oil will make a big difference in the long run.
