OUR SERVICE OFFER

We would like to take this opportunity to assure all our valued customers that we have taken proactive measures to protect your safety and hygiene when you are dropping off and/or picking up equipment to be sharpened.

Operating Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) - 9am to 5pm - it is important you are aware how we can minimise physical contact, if preferred, through the following procedures:

Dropping off items at our premises:

Place your items in the Black Toolbox provided in the courtyard (gate open/box open) or leave larger items under the toolbox (all your equipment should be wrapped and marked with your name and contact details appropriately).

Picking up sharpened items at our premises:

When notified, you will be able to pick up items from either the Black Toolbox or from under the toolbox.  All items will be cleaned and wrapped securely for your personal safety.

Payment:

Payment can be made through Electronic Funds Transfer facilities – all details will be made available prior to pick-up.
